When you complete the assessment, we collect:

• Contact details — your name, business email address, organization, role or title, organization type, and optionally your phone number.
• Assessment responses — your answers to the 20 diagnostic questions and any optional description of your organization's biggest AI challenge.
• Results data — your calculated scores, DA-GEOS™ dimension scores, readiness level, and recommended next steps.
• Attribution and technical data — referral source and marketing attribution parameters (such as UTM values) and the page URL, where available.

• To calculate, display, and deliver your assessment results and report.
• To contact you about your results and relevant Dr. Adams Global™ services, where you have consented.
• To respond to your inquiries and provide requested follow-up.
• To improve the assessment and our services.

We contact you about your results and relevant services only where you have given consent by checking the consent box before submitting the assessment. You may withdraw consent or unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by contacting us at dradams@dradamsglobal.com.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate the assessment and our business (for example, secure hosting, database, and email delivery providers), and only as needed to provide those services.
