These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Leadership Readiness Assessment™ and related content and services provided by Dr. Adams Global™ ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the assessment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the assessment.

Your assessment is a strategic diagnostic, not a certification or guarantee of organizational performance. The results, scores, readiness levels, and recommended next steps are provided for general informational and educational purposes to support leadership decision-making. They do not constitute legal, financial, compliance, or professional advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional judgment.

• You agree to provide accurate information and to use the assessment for lawful, legitimate business purposes.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any results or reports you receive and for how you use them within your organization.
• You agree not to misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the assessment or its underlying systems.

The assessment, including the DA-GEOS™ framework, Human-Directed AI™, the Dr. Adams Global™ name and marks, question set, scoring methodology, reports, and related content, are the property of Dr. Adams Global™ and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use your own results internally within your organization. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the assessment or its content without our written permission.

Your use of the assessment is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use the information you provide.

The assessment and related services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the assessment will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will achieve any particular outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr. Adams Global™ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the assessment or reliance on its results.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Your continued use of the assessment after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
